Directions for use

Apply 1 to 2 pumps morning and evening to thin areas of skin where veins are visible, such as the inner forearms or inner thighs. A typical dose is ¼ to ½ teaspoon (a pea- to dime-sized amount).

• Application: apply to the inner forearm and rub in gently, or massage into soft areas such as the inner arms or inner thighs.
• Timing: apply after showering, to clean, dry skin.
• Starting dose: start with 1 pump per day. If you are sensitive, try a half dose and increase gradually.
• Consistency: daily use works best. Natural products can take weeks to months to show noticeable results, and results vary.
